Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Thursday was charged with forcible touching.

Cuomo is expected to be arrested next week according to the New York Post.

Cuomo resigned in disgrace on August 24 after multiple women accused him of sexual assault.

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced an investigation found Cuomo violated state and federal law after sexually harassing at least 11 women.

One of Cuomo’s accusers alleged the former governor groped her breasts while at the executive mansion in Albany.

Andrew Cuomo on Thursday was hit with a misdemeanor complaint.

“Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim and onto her intimate body part,” the complaint says. “Specifically, the victim’s left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires…”

“A Misdemeanor Complaint against former Governor Andrew Cuomo has been filed in Albany City Court,” Lucian Chalfen, director of public information for the New York State Unified Court System, told the Washington Examiner on Thursday. “As this is a sex crime, a redacted complaint will be available shortly.”

Cuomo killed thousands of elderly New Yorkers with his order to send Covid-infected people back into nursing homes – but he was ultimately forced out over sexual harassment allegations.
